   Here are some simple rules  to help you start preparing for your new self                                                                     

Rule  1.  You must sip 6-10 glasses of water each day depending on your weight. 
Rule2.    You are not allowed to eat and drink with meals, no  matter what
Rule 3.   You will drink no fruit juice or sodas unless the program instructs you to.
              Water is your juice.
Rule 4.   When you feel like you want to drink a juice eat the fruit of your choice
               and sip water
Rule 5.    When You drink juice or water you will do so 1/2 hour before meals
                and 2 hours after

.Rule 6.   You will not snack, no matter what, you will eat only 3 meals each day ,
               breakfast is a must.
Rule 7.   You will eat at least 3 hours before going to bed .If you feel hungry
               sip ice water
Rule 8.    Eat a heavy breakfast, a medium lunch, a light dinner, if you can, do
               only 2 meals a day
Rule 9.    You must do some muscle tightening exercise at least 3 times a week
Rule 10.  You will say daily “I can do all things through the most high that
              strengthens me
