The body requires rest; this is why God instituted rest from the beginning. There are Three)types of rest daily rest such as nightly sleep. Weekly rest like the Sabbath rest and occasional rest like taking a vacation where you may take off from your work for a specific period of time and go away some place relaxing.

the prefrontal Cortex is very important. It is the part where decisions are
made, from the simplest to the most complex. It is where right or wrong

4-6 hours of sleep deprivation per week decreases the body's ability to handle
stress..Two (2) hours deprived of sleep for four (4 ) nights is equivalent to
the capacity performance of missing one (1) whole night's sleep.
Individuals need to get
enough sleep. At least 7-8 hours per night of sleep, in order to get maximum
performance from the body. Individuals should aim at going to bed before or by
10:00 pm. The body needs these hour of rest between 10:00 pm and
12:00 pm to regenerate important components necessary to keep it functioning at peak performance.

Things like prolong stress, lack of
exercise, lack of water, alcohol and caffeine intake can affect your rest. Avoid
long hours of mental fatigue by getting rest in between mental work. Get at
least a three (3 )minutes break between each forty five (45 )minutes of intense
mental work. Control stress by having a
positive mental attitude. Try to see the good in every stressful situation ,not
