FIBROID MANAGEMENT AND REVERSAL

    Fibroid  Care Treatment  This program must be done for 3 to six months


Cleaning and Fasting
Fasting will help shrink a fibroid. Start your  cleaning and fasting program with a three-day fast. A day or two of fasting each week will be very helpful if your nutrient reserves are adequate—that is, you are not severely thin or very run down.

 Take the following nutritional
l supplements  for the first month skip
 2 weeks then repeat do this for
 the entire treatment period.

Calcium        1500mg          2x daily 

Magnesium      800 mg       2x daily

Vitamin B 6     100mg         daily      

Vitamin c           3000         daily                   

Vitamin  D 3    450 mg       daily 


       1.       Take 1 tsp Psyllium husk in 5 ozs water 3 times daily drink before it thickens 7 day of the             week.  Repeat this every month of the entire treatment.

2.     Drink 2 glasses green juice daily (this can be cucumber, spinach, callaloo, lettuce,
         green cabbage etc,) add I tsp of chlorella, or sometimes Spirulina.  Each maybe mixed in with water and substitute the green juice sometimes.

3.      If there is bleeding  take 1 tsp alum root with 1 cup boiling water and make a tea. Soak a large piece of cotton and insert up in vagina. Or alternate with  witch hazel  for fibroid with bleeding and a sensation of pelvic fullness.

         4.      Do a golden seal  douche once per week? 

         5.      Do a coffee enema 2 times per day  2 times  per week. Make a tea with (2 tsp grounded                coffee in 1 quart water).

          6     Take 1 glass vegetable juice or fruit juice 3   times daily add 1 tsp kelp powder 1- 3 times              and drink.

          7.      Drink 1 cup peach leaf tea three times daily (1 tsp peach leaf in 1 cup boiling water)

          8.     Apply a castor oil pack on lower abdomen and over ovaries at bed time at least 3 times                  per week (Castor oil packs are made by soaking  a piece of flannel in castor oil and                      placing it on skin .night is better  Put plastic, over it and then place a hot water bottle  over          the plastic. You may use an ordinary glass bottle with warm water . Put the flannel in a                  plastic bag  for when not using for reuse


          9.      Use a progesterone cream over belly follow the direction on the bottle. You may also find            benefit from wild yam gel ,the one available from a herbal company called  Born Again is            ideal, but use what is available.
        
          10.     Take the herbs supplement hormone fibroid reducing tonic 3 timed daily (takes for 4                     weeks. Rest  for 1 week and continues doing this for the entire program.       


                  Eat 1 tbsp of the following salad Blend
                  ½ red cabbages
      1 large onion
      1 cup olive oil
      7  pegs garlic
      Blend and take one tablespoon 3 times daily, eat  with your meals.
                drink fenugreek tea (1/2 tsp grounded powder in 1 cup boiling water)

      Things to bear in Mind 

-  Fibroid usually grow on meat eating diets and when the body has too much estrogen.
 - Avoid eating chicken, and soy  products. Eat lots of  grains including peas and beans-
-  Eat lots of fresh vegetables ,  brown rice  Bulgar, millet , corn and  buck wheat
-. Do  fish 1 time per week if you eat flesh.
-  Drinks at least 6-8 glasses of water daily.
-  Do not eat and Drink at the same meal 
-  Do not snack, have a heavy breakfast , a medium  lunch and a  light supper.
-   Eat 3 hours before  Sleep . Stop drinking at least 1/2 hour before meals.

CLEANSING AND DIET CHANGE





1-3 DAYS BODY CLEANSING

 2, lemon/grapefruit, remove rind and blend seed and every thing
 4 inches aloe Vera blend and mix with lemon/grapefruit juice
 1/2 tsp turmeric add to the mixture and blend
 Take 4ozs or 1/4 cup for 3 nights and 3 mornings
 Drink 6 -8. Glasses of water each day (spring or
treated water)
  Mix enough for 1 morning and 1 evening each day


1  Drink  only water for the first day
2.  Drink fruit juice and water the 2nd day
3.  Drink  2 glasses green juice (chlorophyll) and 2 glasses of fruit juice  along with water for the 3rd  

    Congratulation you have just completed your 3 days body cleaning

     GETTING OFF THE CLEANSING DIET
4    On the 4th day add plain yogurt to your diet or take 3 acidophiles tablets 3 times daily. 
      You may drink some light soup
5.    On the 5th day you begin eating normal food.and follow the rules below

  Having a belly fat problem
take , string beans, sweet pepper, garlic, ginger  cucumber and melon. Blend all take in between meals 1-3 times daily until you get the desired effect.

4.    Eat 3 meals daily do not snack

Acid reflux  happens when the lower esophagus sphincter does not close properly allowing acid to backup into the esophagus.  This acid can cause   a burning sensation and can also wear away the lining of the esophagus called chronic heart burn .As one get older the body makes less enzymes one of the chief causes of acid reflux.

This program should be tried  for at least 10-14 days.
Healthy habits should be incorporated  such as drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day between meals.

No snacking, no eating between meals , no drinking with meals, eat from God’s natural diet plan,  go to bed before or at 10:pm. Get 30 mins. Walk at least 3 times per week in the sunshine, get fresh air in your bedroom

Before using this protocol get your physician to give you  an accurate diagnosis.




Protocol
Try eating pineapple or papaw before you begin your meal they are natural food enzymes. Enzymes are necessary for digestion of foods.

 Use them for breakfast with yogurt.  Eat simple meals and do not combine too many foods, remove oil and heavy spices while doing this protocol. Do not eat and  lay down give food  time to digest

Mix and take 3 times daily the following below
8ozs.soy milk,                1 tsp peppermint oil,   
1 tsp ginger powder     2tbsp slippery elm powder

Drink Peach leaf tea :use 2 tbsp per 8 ozs boiling  water

Drink lemon water : use 3 lemons to 1 qt. water This should not affect your stomach lemon neutralize. Do not use limes grape fruit or sour orange  they are acidic

He should determine how much is the final weight loss goal and how much is the weekly weight lost goal . A diet based on the caloric requirement should  be worked out  for the individual.

A quick reference calculation is .For  the first 5 feet  give 100 lbs .For each additional inch  allow 5-7 lbs extra. For female and 7-10 lbs  for each additional inch for male. The 3 lbs differences  is for the bones structure small medium or large.

Nutrition
-Reduce your flesh  intake or better yet do not eat them
-Do not prepare you meals with more than 1 tbsp of oil.
-Do not eat butter or margarine.
-Eat grains in the form of porridge, puddings. 
-Eat brown rice , brown -flower  Bulgar   .
- Cut out white products, flour and rice and -sugar.
-Use a little honey or molasses for sweetening or none
-Eat plenty vegetable salads
-Eat ½ your plate of raw and blanched vegetables
-1/4  of  your plate of starch and
-1/4 for your plate for  protein in which all fats are trimmed from flesh and add no butter to soy products or peas and beans.
The plate must not be  more than 2ins high,
If you feel hungry drink ice water drink or eat carrot sticks , then you would be snacking and you must not snack
Eat lots of vegetables and fruits if you are diabetic you must go easy on the sweet fruits.
Green juices –to build energy
-Take 2 tsp molasses  in the morning then
Immediately  drink 2 glasses of water preferable with lemon or lemon squeeze in.
-Drink 1 glass of fruit juice ,such as apple melons, pineapple,  grape etc
-Drink 2 glasses of  blended green unsweetened vegetable juice daily.
 -juice may be made from  any two or three  such as cabbage, calaloo, spinach, lettuce , barley grass, Spirulina, Spanish   needle ( nettle) celery  etc
-All this will stabilize your blood sugar and increase your energy and supply you with minerals , vitamins and  detoxify  your blood.
